Comprehensive ABA

In-home ABA therapy for the way your family actually lives.

Full-scope, BCBA-led programs covering communication, behavior, social connection, and daily living skills, delivered where your child is most comfortable: at home.

What this program is

Your living room is the best classroom.

Comprehensive ABA is our fullest program: one individualized plan that works across communication, challenging behavior, social skills, and everyday independence, from getting dressed to handling a change of plans. Sessions are one-on-one with a behavior technician, and every plan is written and supervised by a BCBA.

We deliver it at home on purpose. Home is where the real routines live (mornings, meals, homework, bedtime), so skills are learned right where they are needed and never have to survive the trip back from a clinic. Comfort matters too; children do their best learning in places that already feel safe.

  • BCBA-designed plans across every skill area
  • Teaching inside real routines, so gains carry over
  • Consistent one-on-one support at home
Who this is for

Families who usually choose this program.

More than one goal

Your child needs support in several areas at once: communication, behavior, daily living. A comprehensive plan works on them together instead of piecemeal.

Home over the clinic

Driving to a center every day does not fit your family's life, or your child simply does better in familiar spaces. Our clinicians come to you.

Skills that need to stick

Your child has learned skills at school or in a clinic that disappear at home. Teaching inside your actual routines is how gains generalize and last.

How it comes together

From first assessment to a typical week.

1

A real assessment

We start with an in-home assessment (CPT 97151) using standardized tools such as the Vineland-3, SRS-2, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS-R, with at least two standardized measures behind every plan.

2

A plan with no vague goals

Every goal gets a baseline, clear mastery criteria, and a generalization plan, so progress is something you can see in the data rather than take on faith.

3

A typical week

One-on-one sessions with your behavior technician, scheduled around school and family routines, with BCBA supervision throughout and caregiver training built into the plan. Curious how the first visit feels? Read what to expect in your child's first session.

4

Review, adjust, step down

Your BCBA reviews progress continuously and documents a formal review at least every 30 days, with authorizations in 6-month cycles. The goal from day one is fewer hours, not more.

Coverage

Covered by insurance.

We verify your benefits before anything else

Before anything begins, we check your coverage for free and walk you through it in plain English. We work with Maryland Medicaid, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and other major plans. On an EOB, in-home ABA therapy usually appears as CPT 97151 (assessment), 97153 (one-on-one sessions), 97155 (BCBA protocol work), and 97156 (caregiver training).

Questions, answered

What parents ask about this program.

It depends on your child's assessment. Your BCBA recommends hours based on need, your insurance authorizes them, and we review the fit at least every 30 days. We never promise a set number before the assessment, because an honest recommendation has to come from data.
No. Sessions use the spaces your child already lives in: the kitchen table, the living room floor, the backyard. A little clutter and normal family noise are fine. Real life is the point.
Your behavior technician runs the one-on-one sessions. Your BCBA writes the plan, supervises the program, adjusts protocols when the data calls for it, and leads caregiver training. Progress is formally reviewed and documented at least every 30 days.
No, and it should not. Every plan we write includes a titration plan and clear discharge criteria from the start, so hours step down as your child gains independence. Good ABA is built to work itself out of a job.

One call starts the whole plan moving.
